The location of Afandou apartments in Rhodes

Afandou is about 20km south of Rhodes Town and 30 km south-east of the airport, on the eastern coast of Rhodes. Afandou is a busy, traditional Greek village with lots of bars and restaurants especially in the pretty village square. Afandou is superbly located if you wish to spend time exploring the island of Rhodes. Rhodes Town to the north centres on the old walled medieval city (the old town of Rhodes). This tourists paradise of narrow streets is filled with shops, bars and restaurants, an art gallery and several museums. Faliraki is just 6 km from Afandou, if you are interested in a livelier evening out it is always worth a visit. Lindos is about 25km south of Afandou, a delightful village which is overlooked by the famous acropolis. There are many other villages and beaches within easy access of Afandou, Rhodes. The pebbly/sandy beach of Afandou is one of the nicest in Rhodes. Three kilometers of sparkling clean, crystal clear water perfect for swimming, snorkeling and water sports. There are sunbeds and umbrellas, snack bars and water sports facilities. The golf course of Afandou is situated just near the beach.
